As a prominent retail hub in Hong Kong's North District, Fanling Shopping Center is ready to transform its digital presence across four websites into a more engaging platform for our community.

We're excited to unveil our newly developed unified brand elements for the Fanling area shopping centers, creating an enhanced and intuitive experience that will make connecting with our customers better than ever.

Green Code Plaza blends diverse shops, delicious dining, and exciting promotions for everyone.

Where Shopping Meets Community in Perfect Harmony

Key Challenges

Operating separate websites created brand confusion and hindered recognition. The outdated system made updates difficult and slow, while limiting our ability to showcase promotions effectively. Potential tenants struggled to understand leasing opportunities through our platforms. With most visitors using mobile devices, we needed a responsive design to better serve our digital audience.

  1. Created a unified website architecture combining four mall properties

  2. Designed a cohesive brand identity system

  3. Implemented intuitive navigation and search functionality

  4. Optimized for mobile-first experience

  5. Integrated real-time promotion and event updates

  6. Built a user-friendly CMS for efficient content updates

My Role

  • Full UX/UI process from research through implementation

  • Developed user personas and information architecture

  • Created wireframes and interactive prototypes

  • Partnered with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
